HBCU Paws was founded by two sisters who combined their shared love for dogs and their passion for celebrating HBCU culture. Inspired by their deep connection to Historically Black Colleges and Universities, one sister, a proud alumna of Grambling State University, brought her firsthand experience of HBCU pride to the brand. Together, they created HBCU PAWS line of custom dog apparel and products that honor the rich traditions, community, and spirit of HBCUs while promoting the wellness and joy of pets. Their mission is to celebrate both the legacy of HBCUs and the bond between humans and their four-legged family members.
